With a lead accuracy of 0.003"/ft (76 µm/300 mm), our lead screws are three times more accurate than typical industry specifications. We are proud to be the only company in the USA with an automated straightening process, ensuring the highest straightness tolerances available in a lead screw.

Our lead screws range in diameter from 6 mm to 16 mm (or 3/16" to 1/2") and offer leads from 1 mm to 25 mm (or 0.05" to 0.25"). They are designed to handle dynamic loads of up to 1.16 kN (260 lb), making them ideal for a variety of demanding applications. 

Nuts composed of PTFE, developed from over 30 years of plain bearing expertise, provides self-lubricating performance for long-lasting, maintenance-free operation. For applications requiring precise movement, our Anti-Backlash Nuts are engineered to reduce or eliminate backlash making them the perfect choice for applications demanding high accuracy, minimal maintenance, and dependable performance.

Anti-Backlash Nuts Offer Consistent Performance

Constant Force Technology in anti-backlash nuts offers superior performance for lead screws by using a spring that applies uniform radial pressure throughout the motion profile. This results in more than twice the backlash compensation compared to traditional designs, as confirmed by customer validation testing. The self-lubricating PTFE nut, developed from over 30 years of plain bearing expertise, ensures consistent preload and system-level tuning, providing 2–4 times better performance and reliability over the product's lifespan.
