Our US-made assemblies with PTFE nuts provide precise motion, with lead accuracy of 0.003"/ft (76 µm/300 mm)—three times better than industry standards—and a unique automated straightening for tight tolerances. Lead accuracy ensures consistent advance per revolution. Available in 6–16 mm diameters and 1–25 mm leads, these 300 Series stainless steel screws with standard PTFE coating handle dynamic loads up to 1.16 kN (260 lb), suited for multi-axis automation and robotics. PTFE nuts deliver self-lubricating, maintenance-free operation up to 6,000 miles in duty, reducing pitting/flaking, in 50–109.4°F temps. Nuts come in triangle, round and rectangle shapes for versatility. Optional Constant Force Anti-Backlash nuts use springs for uniform pressure, cutting backlash 2-4x vs. traditional designs, ideal for vibration-prone high-accuracy positioning.

Constant Force Technology in anti-backlash nuts offers superior performance for lead screws by using a spring that applies uniform radial pressure throughout the motion profile. This results in more than twice the backlash compensation compared to traditional designs, as confirmed by customer validation testing.
