Lead screw assemblies featuring a rectangle nut paired with a PTFE-coated stainless steel CNC roll-threaded screw, available in a variety of sizes and leads. Offered with either a standard nut or an anti-backlash nut for enhanced performance. Machined journals are available to suit application requirements. The PTFE coating not only ensures self-lubrication for reduced maintenance but also lowers friction and increases overall efficiency.
The anti-backlash nut features Constant Force Technology which provides 2x better backlash compensation than competitors, and the CNC Roll Threading offers accuracies 2-3 times better than competitors.
