Lead Screw with Round Nut

Round-shaped RCF Series Nut and Lead Screw Assemblies (without motors) featuring precision-rolled 300 Series stainless steel screws with PTFE coating to reduce friction and avoid flaking, paired with the signature round RCF nut, also offered in triangular and rectangular versions, in both standard and patented Constant Force™ anti-backlash configurations. Available in a wide selection of inch and metric diameters and leads, these assemblies use a self-lubricating PTFE nut formulation, optional PTFE screw coating for higher efficiency, and CNC roll threading that delivers lead accuracies of 0.003"/ft (76 µm/300 mm)—typically 2–3× better than competing products. The Constant Force™ anti-backlash design applies a spring-loaded mechanism that maintains consistent radial pressure throughout motion, providing 2–4× greater backlash control and significantly longer, more stable operating life.
