Lead screw with a standard triangle nut, 10mm diameter, 5mm lead, 508mm length, and made of precision-rolled 300 Series stainless steel coated with PTFE to reduce friction and prevent flaking. With exceptional lead accuracy of 0.003"/ft (76 µm/300 mm) and precision straightening from the only automated CNC lead screw straightening process in the USA, the lead screw exceeds industry standards with improved straightness, a smoother finish, and greater durability. The standard triangular nut (TS) provides flat mounting faces and a compact, stable shape for easy orientation, with an anti-backlash variant (TCF) available to reduce play and improve positioning stability.
