Lead Screw with Triangle Nut

Triangle-shaped TCF Series Nut and Lead Screw Assemblies (without motors) featuring precision-rolled 300 Series stainless steel screws with PTFE coating to prevent flaking, paired with the signature triangle-shaped TCF nut (also available in round or rectangular styles) in either standard or patented Constant Force™ anti-backlash designs. Offered in a full range of inch and metric diameters and leads, these assemblies include a special self-lubricating PTFE nut formulation, optional PTFE screw coating for lower friction and higher efficiency, and CNC roll threading that achieves lead accuracies of 0.003"/ft (76 µm/300 mm) — 2–3 times superior to typical competitors. The Constant Force™ anti-backlash system employs a spring-loaded mechanism to maintain uniform radial pressure across the entire motion profile, delivering 2–4 times greater backlash compensation and dramatically extended and consistent performance life.
