V-Guide systems from PBC Linear provide businesses with a low-cost alternative for precision travel linear motion. These cam roller systems offer exceptional accuracy in linear travel, along with high load and high-speed capabilities. Comprised of V-Wheels, V-Rails and bushings, our V-Guide systems install in a snap, and are virtually maintenance free.
Bearings are sealed and permanently lubricated, requiring minimal maintenance. The entire system is supported by integral double row angular contact bearings, allowing for high speed operation and high load capacities along all planes of operation. This helps to ensure smooth, quiet linear motion—even in heavy applications. Our V-Wheels are also available in shielded and sealed versions, 440 stainless steel for corrosion resistance, and 52100 steel constructions for load and life.
Our V-Rail systems are available in four sizes and designed to handle loads up to 2,250 lb (10,000 N per wheel). They directly interchange with Bishop Wisecarver®, BWC Dual Vee®, Schatz Bearing Corporation, Modern Linear, and replace other cam technologies like followers, caster and rollers.
