Cam roller linear guides use rolling-element carriages that travel along hardened or machined linear rails to create mechanical linear motion systems. Our precision cam roller guides — including Redi-Rail®, Commercial Rail®, V-Guides®, Steel Rail®, and Steel Rail Plus® — deliver reliable, high-speed performance for moderate- to heavy-load applications in demanding environments. Solutions range from compact, smooth-running assemblies suited for higher speeds to rigid rail systems designed for parallel configurations and increased load capacity. For applications where low to medium precision is sufficient, hardened crown rollers provide a cost-effective alternative. Hevi-Rail® is a heavy-duty, industrial-strength linear guide system built for extreme loads, long travel lengths, and harsh operating conditions.

Redi-Rail Linear Guides

Precision straight linear rails and hardened gothic arch rollers are ideal for high speed and moderate load linear motion. The rollers are equipped with double-row sealed linear bearings and the rails are integrated with hardened steel races to ensure strength within a lightweight design.

Commercial Rail Linear Guides

Commercial Rail is a simple and cost effective linear motion solution with high load capacity and corrosion resistance. The machined aluminum slider body with steel wheels comes with standard, adjustable preloads.

Hardened Crown Roller

Hardened crown rollers are a superb choice for low-cost linear motion. The rollers bearings come pre-assembled and are self-aligning for simple installation. Hardened crown rollers are great for point-to-point applications, and ensure strong, sturdy, and long-lasting linear motion.

CAM Rollers and Yoke Rollers

CAM Rollers and Yoke Rollers are easily mounted and ideally suited for many cam or track roller applications with moderate loading and shock. The roller bearings are sealed to help prevent contamination and retain lubrication.

V-Guide Linear Rails

V-Guide wheels are precision ground, dual row angular contact ball bearings with hardened outer way surfaces that provide low friction guidance for linear motion applications. They can be used with internal or external 90-degree ways – or used with round shafts. Rails are induction hardened, ground, and polished while the track body is left soft for easy drilling of mounting holes.
