Axial Bearings and Heavy Duty Steel Linear Rails - Hevi-Rail® Series
Axial bearings are engineered to handle substantial forces in a straight line along the shaft, whether in pushing or pulling applications. Supporting both thrust loads (pushing) and tensile loads (pulling), these bearings are essential for heavy-duty industrial machinery. Our axial bearings consist of industrial-strength rollers with case-hardened steel outer rings, available in both fixed and adjustable variants. Paired with these bearings are robust steel rails, offered in U-channel or I-channel designs, with optional sand-blasted or lightly oiled finishes. Eleven size configurations are available for customization, with continuous rail lengths reaching up to 6000 mm (236 in). Clamp flanges simplify installation by eliminating the need for welding and straightening, allowing for easy adjustments in parallelism.
