Hevi-Rail® linear rails are heavy-duty cam roller track systems built in the USA from durable S450J2 carbon steel and available in rugged U-channel and I-channel/I-beam profiles to provide high load capacity, structural rigidity, and long-travel support. The matching cam rollers use case-hardened S450J2 MOD carbon steel outer rings for wear resistance under extreme radial and axial loads. Designed for aerospace lifts, steel processing, heavy manufacturing, material handling, and other high-load applications, Hevi-Rail® systems provide a robust alternative to lighter-duty linear guide rails. Clamp flanges simplify installation without welding or straightening, while self-aligning features help absorb shock, vibration, and alignment variation. Available in 11 sizes with continuous rail lengths up to 6 meters, Hevi-Rail® linear guide systems support axial loads up to 18.5 kN and radial loads up to 59.2 kN. Options include sand-blasted finishes for corrosion resistance and sealed, lubricated-for-life rollers to reduce maintenance.
