Commercial Rail Linear Guides

Linear guides are mechanical assemblies of linear rails and carriages that support and direct loads along a precise straight path. This cam roller design features carbon steel linear rails with a U-shaped profile that are zinc plated for corrosion resistance and manufactured with standard mounting holes and LaZer Straight™ bolt-on alignment for fast, dead-accurate installation. Lightweight anodized aluminum carriages travel on preloaded, sealed roller bearings—lubricated for life and available in 52100 steel or 440 stainless—with integral wipers to keep contaminants out. An included open-end wrench allows quick preload adjustment in the field. Offered in 20, 30, and 45 mm rail widths with continuous rail lengths up to 6,000 mm (236 in), these Commercial Rail linear guides provide high load capacity, excellent corrosion resistance, and true set-it-and-forget-it performance in harsh, dirty environments, requiring only occasional rail greasing every 50,000 cycles.
