Linear Actuators - Configure Online
Browse Categories
Linear Actuators can be divided into Pneumonic, Hydraulic, Electric and Mechanical variants. PBC Linear offers electric and mechanical linear actuators, powered by lead screws, ball screws, or belt drives, with motor-driven options. Available drive types include:
- Belt-driven: Long strokes, low maintenance.
- Ball screw-driven: High precision, high load capacity.
- Lead screw-driven: Cost-effective, quiet, with anti-backlash nuts.
Actuators come in various screw diameters, lead sizes, and lengths, with manual controls (hand brakes, cranks) or NEMA motor-driven electric versions. Carriage movement uses Gliding Surface Technology (self-lubricating) or Ball Bearing Profile Rails (ideal for cantilevered loads). Options range from miniature to heavy-duty models, supporting loads up to 83,400 N (18,750 lb) and strokes up to 6,000 mm (236 in).
