Lead screw and belt-driven linear actuators of the UG (SIMO) series featuring linear guides equipped with high-speed cam v-rollers (v-wheels on v-rails) or linear slides with a self-lubricating FrelonGold® liner between anodized aluminum linear rails and carriages. The SIMO process utilizes synchronized cutters to machine aluminum extrusions in a single pass, resulting in rails with six times less bow, twice as little twist, improved flatness, and tolerances of 0.050 mm. These actuators support stepper motors, servo motors, and Ethernet communication, accommodating motors or mounts for NEMA 17/23, 40/60 mm, or custom configurations. They offer both low and tall profile rail heights, with car and rail cross sections ranging from 24 mm x 73 mm to 40 mm x 100 mm. The maximum payload capacity for this series is 1,348 lb (5,996 N), with stroke lengths reaching up to 1,900 mm (74.8 in).
