Lead screw linear actuator featuring a NEMA 17 motor mount with two 1500mm long hardened, ceramic-coated rails and an anodized aluminum carriage underlined with self-lubricating maintenance-free FrelonGold® to create a smooth Gliding Surface Technology™ (GST) effect on the rails that can easily withstand hot, dirty, or high vibration conditions.
- Lead screw has an Anti-Backlash™ nut and a 2mm lead
- Car and Rail Cross Section: minimum 24mm X 73mm - maximum 40mm X 100mm
- Payload capacity varies by actuator configuration, orientation, stroke, and selected motor. See catalog charts or contact Application Engineering for final sizing.
- Configurable stroke lengths available up to 1300 mm, depending on rail length and required overtravel.
- Actual stroke is calculated as rail length minus carriage length and overtravel allowance at both ends.
