Roller Linear Bearing Pillow Blocks, featuring an aluminum housing and one or more sets of three coated steel roller bearings, are designed for heavy-duty linear motion on rail-supported carbon steel round shafts. They are available in three configurations: Single roller pillow blocks lnclude one set of three coated rollers (one eccentric, one fixed, and one top roller); Double versions have two sets of three coated rollers within the same housing size as a Single; and Twin versions use an extended housing with one set of three coated rollers at each end. Sized for round shaft diameters from 0.5" to 3" and metric sizes from 16 mm to 30 mm, these bearings support high loads and high-speed operations, performing reliably in environments with particulate contaminants or extreme temperatures.
