Ball Screw Linear Actuator Motor Assemblies

Ball screw assemblies combine a screw, nut, and NEMA motors to create high-performance linear ball screw driven actuators. These actuators are available in five frame sizes: NEMA 08, 11, 14, 17, and 23, and they offer both flanged and cylindrical nut configurations. For applications requiring higher rigidity and better positional accuracy, a preload option is available. Additionally, polymer wipers located at each end of the nut help prevent the ingress of debris and particulates, ensuring smooth operation. Standard and special machined journals are offered, allowing for fixed or floating options, and both fixed and floating end blocks are available to suit various installation needs.
