Ball Screw Linear Actuator Motor Assemblies with flanged nuts are designed to be mounted to a plate or block using bolts or screws that are secured through the provided holes. These assemblies come in five metric sizes, measured in diameters and leads, and are available in five frame sizes: NEMA 08, 11, 14, 17, and 23. They utilize a multi-liner ball return system and can support a static axial load of 2.144 kN (482 lb). To enhance durability, polymer wipers located at each end of the nut help prevent the ingress of debris and particulates. The assemblies maintain a standard, no pre-load backlash clearance held to a maximum of 0.05 mm, with an optional preload feature available for higher rigidity and better positional accuracy.
