The MTB Series of high-speed, belt-driven linear actuators is designed to integrate into multi-axis, medium- to large-sized Cartesian gantry systems, supporting medium to high payloads. The series offers a number of profile sizes with multiple design configurations to meet requirements in high load, stroke, and speed applications. Internally, a profile rail with runner blocks provides guidance with low friction, noise, and vibration. The actuator body consists of an anodized aluminum housing with a stainless steel strip that seals along magnetic strips to prevent contaminants from entering the actuator, making it ideal for contaminant-prone environments. Precision extrusions for each aluminum actuator body ensure that side and bottom surfaces are flat and perpendicular, providing accurate installations.
