Unlike MTE actuators, which use one internal and one external profile rail guide, and MTS actuators, which use two external profile rail guides, this MTB actuator uses a single profile rail guide for a more compact, efficient belt-driven platform. Its anodized aluminum construction helps minimize friction, noise, and vibration, while a stainless steel strip seals along magnetic strips to help prevent contamination in harsh environments. Precision extrusions ensure flat and perpendicular surfaces for accurate installation, making this actuator a strong fit for packaging machinery, material handling, pick-and-place systems, Cartesian gantries, and general industrial automation where load capacity, speed, and reliable guided motion are required.
