Belt-driven linear actuator with a 1,250mm body length, 105mm x 105mm base profile, and one carriage guided by a single recirculating ball profile rail with two runner blocks for high-speed linear motion. This MTB Series actuator uses a steel-reinforced timing belt with adjustable tensioning and a 25mm female drive shaft for motor or gearbox integration. Unlike MTE actuators, which use one internal and one external profile rail guide, and MTS actuators, which use two external profile rail guides, this MTB actuator uses a single profile rail guide for a more compact, efficient belt-driven platform. Its anodized aluminum construction and stainless steel sealing strip help resist corrosion and protect the actuator from contamination, while precision-machined surfaces support accurate installation. The larger 105mm profile makes it a strong fit for medium- to large-sized Cartesian gantries, packaging machinery, material handling, pick-and-place systems, and general industrial automation where higher load capacity, speed, and reliable guided motion are required.
