The SIMO® Series is a modular linear actuator platform built on a low-part-count extrusion design that simplifies assembly, reduces cost, and enables easy customization. The SIMO UG Series delivers a flexible, affordable solution by consolidating multiple configurations into a single, consistent platform with interchangeable options. Precision rails are available in low-profile or tall geometries, offering tight-space adaptability or added stiffness, with significantly improved straightness, flatness, and twist compared to typical extrusions. The system supports two bearing types—self-lubricating FrelonGOLD® for contaminated environments or V-wheel rollers for higher speeds—and multiple drive options, including lead screw (machined or anti-backlash nut) and belt drive, all within a simplified, scalable architecture.
