Linear Die Set Bushings from PBC Linear provide a robust, high-precision solution for linear motion applications in industrial tooling, automation, and manufacturing, featuring a durable aluminum body (optional stainless steel for corrosion resistance) with a bonded, self-lubricating Frelon® liner—standard FrelonGOLD® for general use, Frelon® J for corrosive chemical resistance, or Frelon® W for FDA-compliant applications—ensuring oil-free operation and extended longevity. Designed to be size-interchangeable with industry-standard die sets for seamless integration and quick replacement, these bushings support static load capacities up to 166,000 lb (740 kN) and operate within a wide temperature range of -240°C to 204°C (-400°F to 400°F). Available in inch (3/16” to 4”), ISO metric (5mm to 80mm), and JIS sizes, they offer standard (0.0005" per side) or compensated (0.0015" per side) ID clearances and options for standard or self-aligning OD to prevent binding. With vibration damping for smooth, quiet performance and mounting features like O-ring and retaining ring grooves, these bushings are designed for end-supported shafting, providing precise alignment in die set applications.
