Die Set Linear Bearings | Bonded Internal Liner
Ways to Order
Die set plain linear bearings are precision-bored, high-load linear motion components designed to withstand heavy static loads and repeated shock forces while traveling along round shafts in die set applications such as stamping, molding, and punch press equipment. These die set bearings use a durable steel shell, with aluminum shells optional, and a bonded, self-lubricating liner integrated directly into the housing bore, creating a low-friction bearing surface without requiring a separate sleeve or insert. This bonded liner construction provides maintenance-free performance across extreme temperatures, particulate matter, shock, and continuous vibration while helping reduce part count, simplify installation, and dampen vibration. Available in inch, metric, and JIS sizing options, die set plain linear bearings are offered in multiple mounting configurations, including flanged styles, with built-in mounting features such as O-ring and retaining ring grooves. Engineered to guide and align die components with high accuracy, these bearings deliver smooth, repeatable motion in demanding industrial environments.
