Die set plain linear bearings are precision-bored, high-load linear motion components designed to withstand heavy static loads and repeated shock forces while traveling along round shafts in die set applications such as stamping, molding, and punch press equipment. They feature a durable steel shell (aluminum shells optional) with a bonded, self-lubricating liner in the bore that provides maintenance-free, low-friction performance across extreme temperatures, particulate matter, and continuous vibration. Available in inch, metric and JIS sizing options. Multiple mounting configurations include flanged styles. Also featuring built-in vibration damping and mounting features such as O-ring and retaining ring grooves. Engineered to guide and align die components with high accuracy, these bearings deliver smooth, repeatable motion in demanding industrial environments.
