Plain Linear Bearing Die Set Mounts | Self Lubricating

Round Die Set Single Flange Mount (SDS) is the Imperial (inch), single length version of this type of bearing. All standard, pre-assembled SDS assemblies include a straight bore housing and self-aligning linear bearings. The single, inch version is available in sizes from 1” to 2” with static load capacities up to 25,050 lbs (111,000 N).

The compensated running clearance provides more clearance between the inner diameter and shaft allowing the die set flange mount to perform like a linear ball bearing. With double the static load capacity of the Single Die Set Flange Mounts, the Die Set Double Flange Mount is the double length version of this linear bearing. The Die Set Double Flange Mount is available in sizes from 1” to 2” with static load capacities up to 50,000 lbs (222,000 N). 

Offering twice the static load capacity of its single counterpart, the Compensated Die Set Double Flange Mount represents the extended version of this linear bearing type. The compensated running clearance provides more clearance between the inner diameter and shaft allowing the die set flange mount to perform like a linear ball bearing. Available in sizes ranging from 1” to 2”, it boasts static load capacities reaching up to 50,000 lbs (222,000 N).
