Eccentric adjustable heavy-duty linear guide roller for the HVR-1 U-channel or HVRI-07 I-type rail. The 70.1mm OD combined roller carries both radial and axial loads and uses case-hardened S450J2 MOD carbon steel for durable service in demanding linear-motion applications. Pair it with the fixed HVB-055 roller in a two-rail system to remove play, correct alignment, and set preload. This helps the carriage move securely without binding, even where shock loads or fabrication tolerances make perfect rail alignment difficult. Rail and HVP1-1 flange plate are sold separately.
