Heavy-Duty Linear Guide Roller HVB-055/HVP1 w/ Flange Plate for Hevi-Rail Linear Guide Rail HVR-1
Fixed concentric linear guide roller for the HVR-1 U-channel or HVRI-07 I-type rail, with the HVP1-1 horizontal flange plate welded in place for mounting to a carriage or frame. The 70.1mm OD combined roller carries both radial and axial loads and uses a case-hardened S450J2 MOD carbon steel outer ring for heavy-duty service. It can be paired with the corresponding eccentric adjustable roller on the opposite side of a two-rail system to remove play, correct alignment, and set preload. This helps the carriage move securely without binding, even where shock loads or fabrication tolerances make perfect rail alignment difficult. Rail is sold separately.
