Heavy-Duty Linear Guide Roller HVB-063/HVP6 Fixed Concentric w/ Flange Plate for Hevi-Rail HVR-6
Fixed concentric linear guide roller for the HVR-6 U-channel, with the HVP6-1 horizontal flange plate welded in place for mounting to a carriage or frame. The 149mm OD combined roller carries both radial and axial loads and uses a case-hardened S450J2 MOD carbon steel outer ring for heavy-duty service. It is commonly paired with the eccentric adjustable HVBEA-463/HVP6 on the opposite side of a two-rail system to remove play, correct alignment, and set preload. This helps a heavy carriage move securely without binding, even where shock loads or fabrication tolerances make perfect rail alignment difficult. Rail is sold separately.
