Linear Guide Rail for Hardened Crown Rollers PAC2245-012.000 - 12″ Length Unpainted

Unpainted steel linear rail of 12" length for hardened crown roller linear guides. These uncoated rails are available in lengths 12", 24", 48" and 72". PAC2247 rails with black powder coating are also available.

For a complete functional system, pair with these components sold separately:

  • Hardened crown roller bearings: PAC3016 (inch threading, 1.625" OD) or PAC3016M (metric threading, 1.625" OD)
  • PAC2244 Angle Mounting Brackets: Heavy-duty zinc-plated steel brackets for rigid 90° mounting of 1-5/8" channel rails to frames or plates. They maintain rail alignment while allowing crowned rollers to tolerate minor misalignment, debris, and harsh industrial conditions
  • PAC2246 End Stops: Zinc-plated steel stops that mount to rail ends to prevent rollers from overrunning the track, providing a positive mechanical stop for high-load or long-stroke applications. Each includes one ¼"-20 × ¾" slotted round-head screw; two are recommended per rail.
