Angle Brackets for Steel Linear Rail PAC2244 for Hardened Crown Roller Linear Guides

Angle mounting bracket made of zinc-plated steel for rigid 90° bolt-on installation of hardened crown-roller linear guides using Cooper B-Line steel channel rails (1-5/8" nominal profile, identified in product naming as the “1” size class). These brackets ensure precise rail alignment in harsh, contaminated environments where crowned rollers excel at handling misalignment and debris better than ball-based guides.

For a complete functional system with the PAC2244 brackets, pair with:

• Steel linear rails: PAC2245-xxxx (unpainted cold-rolled steel) or PAC2247-xxxx (black powder-coated), available in lengths 12", 24", 48" and 72"
  
  
• Hardened crown roller bearings: PAC3016 (inch threading, 1.625" OD) or PAC3016M (metric threading, 1.625" OD)

Optional end stops: PAC2246. This is the standard (and only) size in PBC Linear’s current hardened crown roller bearing collection — no separate smaller/true 1" profiled rail is offered; customers wanting a literal 1" rail typically use off-the-shelf angle iron or bar stock with the rollers.
