Cam Roller Linear Guides

Cam roller linear guides combine hardened or machined linear rails with rolling-element carriages to create rugged, high-speed linear motion systems that excel with cantilevered loads, unlike plain bearing guides that must follow the 2:1 binding rule. Cam Roller Technology (CRT) uses durable guide rails and hardened cam roller bearings to deliver smooth, reliable motion in moderate- to heavy-load conditions, with strong tolerance for contamination, long travel, and repeated cycling. The CRT product line, made in the USA, includes Redi-Rail® Guides, Steel Rail®, Steel Rail Plus® systems, Integral-V™ V-wheel guides, V-Guide® V-wheel guides, Commercial Rail Guides®, and hardened crown roller guides for cost-effective linear motion. Hevi-Rail® extends the category into heavy-duty industrial linear guide systems for extreme loads, long travel lengths, shock, vibration, and harsh operating environments, using high-capacity steel cam rollers and axial bearings for exceptional load support. Individual cam followers, or stud-mounted cam rollers, are also available for replacement, repair, rebuilds and custom guide assemblies.
