Linear Sleeve Bearing - Round Flange PSF0406-02 Bushing ID: 1/4″ Length: 1/4″

Round flanged sleeve bearing, 1/4" ID, 3/8" OD and 1/4" length with a closed lightweight aluminum alloy shell. This Simplicity® plain bushing supports linear, rotational, and oscillating motion with a bonded, self-lubricating FrelonGOLD® liner that eliminates grease and reduces maintenance in harsh operating conditions. Built for environments where heat, dirt, vibration, shock loads, contamination, or washdowns can make ball bearings harder to maintain, the flanged sleeve bearing design reduces sudden failure risk while providing smooth, quiet operation.

  • Temperature rating: -400°F/+400°F or -240°C/+204°C
  • 1/4" ID, 3/8" OD, and 1/4" length with a round flange
  • Aluminum alloy shell provides lightweight, corrosion-resistant construction
  • Variant ID sizes available from 3/16" to 3" inch and 6mm to 60mm ISO Metric sizes
  • Supports linear, rotational, and oscillating motion in a flanged sleeve bearing format
  • Bonded, self-lubricating, maintenance-free FrelonGOLD® liner eliminates grease
  • Vibration damping helps provide smoother, quieter operation in machinery
  • Plain bearing design reduces sudden failure risk that can occur with ball bearings
  • Optional Frelon®J liner for corrosive chemical use or non-contact food handling
  • Optional FDA-compliant Frelon®W liner for applications with potential food contact
  • Optional 316 stainless steel shell for chemicals, washdowns, or FDA-compliance
  • Configure a custom stainless steel shell when ordering a Frelon®J or Frelon®W liner
  • Valuable when machine downtime costs more than the sleeve bearing itself
