Heavy Duty Linear Rail HVR-0-1500 - Steel U-Channel 1500mm for Hevi-Rail Linear Guide Roller HVB-054

U-channel heavy-duty linear rail made from steel with a 1500mm length for Hevi-Rail® linear guide systems. Designed for use with HVB-054 roller bearings and HVBEA-454 eccentric adjustable assemblies, this rail provides a rugged track surface for high-capacity cam roller guidance in demanding industrial applications. The rail is made from 18MnNb6 ferritic steel with a 430 N/mm² yield strength, 550–770 N/mm² tensile strength, and 160–210 Brinell hardness. Hevi-Rail® guide components are interchangeable to support even force dispersion and flexible system configuration.
