Heavy-Duty Linear Guide Roller HVB-054 Fixed Concentric for Hevi-Rail HVR-0 Linear Rail
Fixed concentric heavy-duty linear guide roller for the HVR-0 U-channel. The 62mm OD combined roller carries both radial and axial loads and uses case-hardened S450J2 MOD carbon steel for durable service in demanding linear-motion applications. It can be paired with the adjustable HVBEA-454 roller in a two-rail system to remove play, correct alignment, and set preload. This helps the carriage move securely without binding, even where shock loads or fabrication tolerances make perfect rail alignment difficult. Rail and HVP0-1 flange plate are sold separately.
