Ball screw-driven linear actuator slide assemblies come equipped with NEMA motors, motor mounts, or a drive stub, integrated with a linear slide guide that features self-lubricating Simplicity® plain linear bearing pillow blocks. These blocks support a flat top carriage that glides smoothly along two steel shafts. This Gliding Surface Technology™ (GST) incorporates FrelonGold® liners, which are maintenance-free and perform exceptionally well in harsh, high-temperature, or contaminated environments. GST eliminates metal-to-metal contact, allowing for heavy loads and minimizing the risk of catastrophic failure.
