Lead screws offer more cost-effective motion through sliding contact between threads and a nut. PBC Linear provides PTFE-coated stainless steel screws for corrosion resistance, low wear, and minimal flaking, while offering a wider range of screw diameters and lead sizes. The lead screws are delivered in assemblies with round or triangular nuts, some with patented Constant-Force Anti-Backlash technology to reduce backlash.
