Heavy-Duty Linear Guide Roller HVB-053/HVPS w/ Flange Plate for Hevi-Rail Linear Guide Rail HVR-S
Fixed concentric linear guide roller for the HVR-S U-channel, with the HVPS-1 horizontal flange plate welded in place for mounting to a carriage or frame. The 52.5mm OD combined roller carries both radial and axial loads and uses case-hardened S450J2 MOD carbon steel for heavy-duty service. It can be paired with the eccentric adjustable HVBEA-453 on the opposite side of a two-rail system to remove play, correct alignment, and set preload. This helps the carriage move securely without binding, even where shock loads or fabrication tolerances make perfect rail alignment difficult. Rail is sold separately.
