Belt-driven linear actuator with a 1000mm body length, 42mm x 42mm base profile, and one carriage guided by a single recirculating ball profile rail with two runner blocks. This MTB Series actuator uses a steel-reinforced timing belt with adjustable tensioning and a 12mm left male drive shaft for motor or gearbox integration. Unlike MTE actuators with one internal and one external guide, or MTS actuators with two external guides, this MTB model uses a single profile rail guide for a compact, efficient belt-driven platform suited to packaging, material handling, pick-and-place, and general automation applications. A stainless steel strip seals along magnetic strips to help prevent contamination, while precision extrusions provide flat and perpendicular surfaces for accurate installation.
