JIS Plain Linear Bearing FJC120 120mm Compensated ID

Closed plain linear bearing with a JIS 120mm ID, compensated running clearance, durable green anodized aluminum shell, and a bonded self-lubricating FrelonGOLD® liner that facilitates smooth linear, rotational, or oscillating motion on round shafts in harsh conditions where contamination, vibration, shock loads, washdowns, temperature extremes, lubricant maintenance difficulties, or poor machine accessibility can make rolling element bearings harder to maintain. This oil-free bearing provides maintenance-free operation without the need for grease. Compensated and precision ID running clearance options allow the bearing to have more or less play on the shaft.

  • Meets JIS metric tolerance standards for precision and compatibility
  • Compensated ID running clearance of 0.0015" per side
  • JIS means compliant with Japanese Industrial Standards
  • Closed shell for end-supported round shafts
  • Optional Frelon®J or Frelon®W liners for corrosive environments or FDA compliance
  • Handles static loads up to 741,331 N or approximately 166,537 lb for heavy-duty use
  • Temperature range: -400°F to +400°F or -240°C to +204°C
  • Optional urethane seals for ID sizes 20 mm and larger
  • Optional JKM lubrication system (zirk fitting thru hole, felt wick)
  • Customer-applied external lubrication available; not standard
  • Self-lubricating bearing design brushes away dirt instead of trapping debris
