Plain Linear Bearing - FMAC40 40mm Self-Aligning Crowned, Compensated

Plain linear bearing, self-aligning, closed, with a 40mm compensated ID that provides a 0.0015" running clearance per side on matching round shafts. Encased in a crowned-OD cylindrical anodized aluminum shell; the curve allows the bearing to pivot slightly within a pre-existing housing or machined bore to accommodate angular misalignment between parallel shafts. It features a bonded Simplicity® self-lubricating FrelonGOLD® bore liner for maintenance-free linear, rotational, and oscillating motion in harsh environments where ball bearings often fail, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, welding splatter, vibration, shock loads, contamination, or washdowns.
