JIS Plain Linear Bearing - FJC150 150mm Compensated ID Closed

Closed plain linear bearing with a JIS 150mm ID, compensated running clearance, durable green anodized aluminum shell, and a bonded self-lubricating FrelonGOLD® liner that facilitates smooth linear, rotational, or oscillating motion on round shafts in harsh conditions where contamination, vibration, shock loads, washdowns, temperature extremes, lubricant maintenance difficulties, or poor machine accessibility can make rolling element bearings harder to maintain. This oil-free bearing provides maintenance-free operation without the need for grease. FrelonGOLD® also provides vibration dampening and reliable performance from -400°F to +400°F (-240°C to +204°C), while precision and compensated ID running clearance options allow the bearing to have more or less play on the shaft.

  • Closed shell plain linear bearing with a JIS Metric 150mm ID for round shafts
  • JIS refers to Japanese Industrial Standards for metric tolerance compatibility
  • Compensated running clearance: 0.0015" per side for more shaft play
  • Nominal ID of 150.21 mm and OD of 209.99 mm, designed for 150mm shafts
  • Meets JIS Metric tolerance standards for precision and compatibility
  • Green anodized aluminum shell provides durable construction
  • Self-lubricating FrelonGOLD® liner supports maintenance-free operation
  • Oil-free design eliminates grease for cleaner operation in harsh environments
  • Bonded liner design resists dirt, vibration, shock loads, and debris ingress
  • Provides vibration dampening for smoother performance in demanding machinery
  • Temperature rating: -400°F/+400°F or -240°C/+204°C
  • Optional FDA-compliant food-contact liner: Available with Frelon®W liner material for food-contact applications in food and drug use environments
  • Optional Frelon®J liner for corrosive environments
  • Optional stainless steel shell and housing for washdown or corrosion-sensitive use
  • Open shell variants are available with the part number FJN
  • Recommended for single shaft applications
  • Optional urethane seals for ID sizes 20mm and larger
  • Optional O-rings or external lubrication for added protection.
  • Valuable when downtime costs far more than the bearing itself
