JIS Plain Linear Bearing - FJAC35 35mm Self-Aligning Crowned

Plain linear bearing, self-aligning, closed, with a 35mm JIS compensated ID that provides a 0.0015" running clearance per side on matching round shafts. Sized to Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS), it is encased in a crowned-OD cylindrical green-anodized aluminum shell that allows the bearing to pivot slightly within its housing to accommodate angular misalignment between parallel shafts. It features a bonded Simplicity® self-lubricating FrelonGOLD® bore liner for maintenance-free linear, rotational, and oscillating motion in harsh environments where ball bearings often fail, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, welding splatter, vibration, shock loads, contamination, or washdowns.

  • Crowned outer diameter (OD) is self-aligning
  • Meets JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards)
  • Compensated running clearance: 0.0015" per side
  • Optional Frelon® J or W liners for corrosive chemicals or FDA compliance
  • Handles static loads up to 741,331 N (~166,537 lbs) for heavy-duty applications
  • Operates effectively from -240°C to 204°C (-400°F to 400°F)
  • Self-lubricating bearings just brush away dirt
  • Includes optional urethane seals (≥20mm ID), O-rings, or external lubrication
  • Vibration damping for smooth and quiet operation
