The V-Wheels can be permanently sealed and lubricated, utilizing either concentric or eccentric roller bearing bushings. Their precision dual row angular contact design improves performance. The wheels are crafted from either 52100 bearing steel or 420 stainless steel, with options including 304 stainless steel or nitrile rubber seals. The linear rails are available in 1045 carbon steel, with or without a black oxide finish, as well as in 400 series stainless steel. The V-wheels are offered in four sizes, corresponding to diameters of 20, 30, 45, and 60 mm, with bushings and v-rails sized to match. PBC Linear can provide continuous rail lengths of up to 6,000 mm (19.7 feet).
