Simplicity® Plain Linear Bearing variants, including standalone bearings, sleeve bushings, flange mounts and pillow blocks, featuring the self-lubricating FrelonGOLD® PTFE-based liner, which minimizes friction and wear, eliminates external lubrication needs, and outperforms in harsh, hot, or dirty environments. The stand-alone variants have straight or crowned anodized aluminum shells (open or closed), or you can choose from straight or flanged sleeve bearings, or choose bearings inside standard-sized or double-sized pillow blocks (open or closed), or inside standard or double-sized aluminum flanged mounts. Optional Frelon® J liners provide resistance to corrosive chemicals, while Frelon® W liners ensure FDA compliance. All variants support rotary, linear, or oscillating motion, with precision or compensated running clearances. Offered in Inch, ISO Metric, or JIS Metric ID series, they deliver maintenance-free performance across a wide temperature range. The 2:1 binding rule applies.
