Square Linear Bearings and Rails

Simplicity® Square Linear Bearings and Linear Shafts offer the same advantages as standard round-shaft systems—including self-lubrication, high load capacity, durability in extreme conditions, low wear and adherence to the 2:1 binding rule for plain bearings. Their aluminum bearing housings use easily replaced 316 stainless steel bearing plugs lined with Frelon®J or FrelonGOLD®, which facilitate self-lubricating sliding motion on the shaft. These plugs define the two configuration variants offered for each bearing size: both the 1" and 1.5" square bearings are available with either self-lubricating plugs on two sides or on all four sides. Designed to withstand shock and vibration, the bearings can be mounted in any orientation.
