Square Linear Bearings

Square Linear Bearings from PBC Linear® maintain radial integrity and may eliminate the need for parallel shafting, providing a robust solution for linear motion along a single stainless steel square shaft. Featuring red anodized aluminum housings and self-lubricating Frelon®J or FrelonGOLD® liners, these bearings ensure low-maintenance, corrosion-resistant sliding in harsh environments with high heat, vibration, dirt, or corrosive chemicals. Available in inch sizing with 2-sided or 4-sided versions, they feature replaceable self-lubricating plugs—two faces for 2-sided or all four faces for 4-sided, with the latter including four adjustable Frelon®J plugs per side secured with removable Loctite thread locker for precise fit and durability. The 4-sided variant, with 16 plugs total, is often used as a wear pad in industrial applications, offering lightweight strength and efficient load distribution.
