Ball screw driven 48" linear slide actuator using four 1.25" plain linear bearing pillow blocks on two steel round shafts, with a base plate carriage supported by the layout. Each bearing is lined with self-lubricating Simplicity® FrelonGOLD®, providing maintenance-free linear motion without grease while helping resist dirt, vibration, shock loads, extreme temperatures, and other harsh operating conditions that can make rolling element bearings harder to maintain. The ball screw delivers controlled, precise travel through a 0.25" right-hand screw lead. A stub shaft is included for driving the screw and moving the carriage along the slide assembly.
