Simplicity Plain Flanged Linear Bearings, featuring the self-lubricating FrelonGOLD® liner, ensuring maintenance-free performance in harsh conditions like extreme heat, dirt, and vibration, requiring no external lubrication. The liner is bonded directly to a flanged aluminum alloy housing, which contains no separate bearing inside, although variants with bearings inside are available in another category. The housing is available with square or round flanges, standard or double-wide designs, and in metric and JIS sizes (8mm to 80mm). Running clearance options include precision (0.0005" per side) and compensated (0.0015" per side). Optional corrosion-resistant Frelon® J or FDA-compliant Frelon® W liners are available for specialized applications. Static loads are supported up to 241,000 N (54,000 lb).
