Low Profile Redi-Rail Linear Guides combine 10mm high linear rails with 9mm high roller bearing carriages to form a compact 19mm (0.75 in) profile, ideal for tight spaces where standard linear guides cannot fit. Featuring hardened steel or 440 stainless steel gothic arch roller bearings and steel shaft raceways, these guides ensure durability and precision, with rails machined for high parallelism (shaft raceways parallel within 0.050 mm). Optional slide oil impregnated wiper seals provide self-lubrication for the shaft raceways, while integral seals on the carriage wheels offer protection in contaminated environments. Available with a 90mm (3.5 in) carriage length and continuous rail lengths up to 6,000mm (236 in), the Low Profile Redi-Rail line delivers reliable linear motion for space-constrained applications.
