Plain Linear Bearing - Round Flanged SFPMR80 80mm Precision ID

Round flanged plain linear bearing with an 80mm ID and a precision running clearance in a standard-size aluminum housing featuring a self-lubricating FrelonGOLD® liner bonded directly to the bore. The flange allows secure mounting to a machine frame or plate, while the lined bore supports maintenance-free linear, rotational, and oscillating motion along a round shaft. Unlike recirculating ball bearings, the FrelonGOLD sliding surface has no rolling elements to jam, seize, or contaminate, making it well suited for harsh conditions involving extreme heat, dirt, vibration, shock, or washdown exposure.

  • Precision 0.0005” per side clearance
  • Aluminum housing with a self-lubricating liner bonded directly to the bore
  • Temperature range -240°C to 204°C (-400°F to +400°F) fits harsh conditions
  • Supports linear and rotational movement for versatile applications
  • Optional liners: Frelon® J for corrosive chemical environments or FDA-approved Frelon® W liners for food-grade applications
  • Maximum Speed: Up to 8 m/s (315 in/s)
