Plain Linear Bearing - Round Flanged SFPMR60 60mm Precision ID

Round Flanged Plain Linear Bearing of precision 60mm ISO Metric ID (inner diameter) and part of the Simplicity® product line. Precision running clearance of 0.0005” per side allows pairing with another bearing on a parallel shaft with imperfect alignment, while the FrelonGOLD® liner ensures maintenance-free performance in harsh conditions like dirt, vibration, and extreme temperatures. The aluminum alloy shell offers lightweight durability and the bearing supports smooth linear and rotational movement with superior vibration damping for quiet, reliable operation.

  • Precision 0.0005” per side clearance 
  • Temperature range -240°C to 204°C (-400°F to +400°F) fits harsh conditions
  • Variant ID sizes from 3/16” to 3” (inch) and 6mm to 60mm (metric)
  • Supports linear and rotational movement for versatile applications
  • Optional liners: Frelon® J for corrosive chemical environments or FDA-approved Frelon® W liners for food-grade applications
  • Inch, metric and JIS sizing options
  • Choose between precision ID running clearance (0.0005" per side) and compensated ID running clearance (0.0015" per side)
  • Maximum Speed: Up to 8 m/s (315 in/s)
  • Shaft Lengths: Up to 12 feet
  • Bearing Shell Material: Anodized aluminum; stainless steel shells are available
